Refund policy

As we are a small business, and our business model operates on a made-to-order model, we unfortunately only operate under a no returns or refunds policy on all items site wide.

Please note that the customer is responsible for choosing their correct size and measurements before placing an order – we asl that you take the time to double check this information before placing an order. If however, you have noticed a typo – you will have a grace period of 24 hours to notify us of immediate change. Failure to do so, could likely result in not fitting upon arrival and therefore, we will accept no responsibility if the items do not fit.

Sale items are final sale, and no return will be accepted. There are no exceptions to this returns policy.
