By purchasing from us, the customer understands that no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
The customer agrees that the correct waist measurement has been given (in inches) and the correct desired hip and leg measurements have been selected. Our skilled team will always alter the waist to the measurement given by the customer. If the jeans do not fit upon arrival, we accept no responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter their correct measurements. The customer is encouraged to ask any questions on sizing.
By purchasing from us, the customer understands that all clothing is second hand and or vintage and the colour of the items will vary slightly as no one item will be exactly the same. The customer understands that the picture is shown as a reference to the desired product. We believe this also offers character to each item, and individuality. It is not possible to request a specific colour swatch and the customer understands that any request for a specific colour swatch will not necessarily be fulfilled.
By purchasing from us, the customer understands that due to the nature of vintage items, all items have been within the clothing system for a number of years and are therefore not new. All items sourced and re-worked by us from previous retailers are not sold by us as new. Due to the nature of these items, it is possible for garments to include minor signs of wear or imperfections, however we go through thorough checks before manufacturing to ensure this is not the case – however, exceptions can occur.
By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer understands the 10-week period which they are agreeing to for their item to be sourced, processed and manufactured. Once the item is available, it will processed and made to order and dispatched as soon as possible. We will aim to notify you as much as possible, but given the amount of orders this may not always be possible. The customer understands that before this 10-week period expires, they are not allowed to cancel or modify their order. No refunds will be processed during this time frame.
The customer understands that if a pre-order item is purchased within the same order as an available item, they will be dispatched separately if based within the UK. If based outside the UK, the order will be dispatched together once all items are available.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order placed, this request must be made via email or social media direct message within 30 minutes of ordering. Any requests made after this time frame may not be accepted and the order will be processed.
If a return is agreed in accordance to the customers purchasing rights, garments will have to be returned in the same condition as sent. This includes all labels being intact, no product being tampered with and the garment being clean and scent free please. If any of the following do not comply, the return can be refused or an additional fee may be offered to correct any of these interferences. The customer understands the returns information before sending a garment back.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-order items can take up to 10 weeks to be sourced, processed, manufactured and shipped.
Time frames can be shorter than this dependent on demand and stock levels.
If the pre-order item is not available within the allocated time frame, the customer is entitled to cancel the order for a full refund. If the customer wishes to wait, their order will remain in process and the item will be sourced as soon as possible.
Before the 8-week time frame, the customer understands that they are not permitted to cancel their order. Once an item has been pre-ordered, it is not possible to make any changes to the sizing or style. All pre-orders are final.
If both an in-stock item and pre-order item are placed in the same order within the UK, the in stock item will be dispatched as per the stated time frame and the pre-order will be dispatched, separately, once available. If an order is placed from outside the UK, both items will be dispatched together once available.
